1 ★: Limited access to viewing from your home. The other guys also offer roku apps while cypher is actually offering less and less. The hardware is the weakest link and you need it for the free option. Company really needs to start looking forward instead of backwards. I'd be perfectly happy having to buy the box if it would act as an iptv provider for my other stuff like plex, but as it is, since they removed the ability to watch while traveling I find myself almost never using the service. What is the point in offering a mobile app that can't be used while mobile.

2 ★: There is potential and they use to have better channels but now I see mostly shopping and old movies type of channels. The subscription process is confuse... I tried to get the subscription with no luck in the past.
1 ★: I live in Toronto and when I installed on my android box it said "Unfortunately you are outside of the Cipher TV service area and we are unable to serve you with our full product. Please uninstall the Cipher TV App".
