1 ★: If you're going to make people trust you with their money by pre paying for items not yet delivered , then the least you could do is have a reliable refund process. Your customer care is available just for PR. The only response I keep getting is we are looking into it. No progress at all. Unsinstalling this app as soon as I get my refund.

1 ★: Disappointed with the service, I have placed order but my money got debited and the order is not placed, following up with Kilimall from last 15 days. With respect to the previous complaint and reply.. it's of no use after 15-20 days of follow up now your customer care team is telling me to contact my back.
