3 ★: Good, but having an issue with HDMI Out on my S23 Ultra when selecting 1080p. In my capture card, the HDMI feed is displayed in a 1/4 size window instead of taking up the entire size of the window. This does not occur with filmic, for example. 4k seems to work fine, however it is too much of a battery drain and overkill for a 1080p livestream.
2 ★: Great quality on samsung galaxy s8 plus. I wish the shutter speed would stay the same when i use auto. I would like to just have auto ISO and the shutter speed stay the same. If there is a way to fix this, then the app gets 5 stars. Also i hope to see they add higher framerates! Update: November 18 2020 I really dont like this app anymore. Just took it off my tripod for vlogging and the stablization is horrible. I have a samsung galaxy s8 plus and theres no option for stabilization either.
4 ★: Great app, a lot of great features and latitude with video. UI can be a little messy, but the end product is pretty good. My only minor gripe is I really wish it had a remote monitor and control app to use on a second device. Filmic Pro has a remote app that is indispensable in many shooting setups.
5 ★: Really amazing app that does even more than Filmic Pro and some features I didn't think possible. Only major flaw is the lack of exposure options. By default auto should leave shutter at 180deg and control auto exposure with ISO and only change shutter slower if max ISO is reached or faster if min ISO is reached. Great to have manual and auto but auto should be more intelligent (not increase shutter speed and ISO like it does) and also be able to lock shutter and use auto ISO only.
3 ★: There are plenty of features and options to make your footage look great. I'm using the S20 Ultra and it only works up to 30fps. Any time I try to go higher, it will say Camera Lost and have to restart the app. Would give it a higher rating if the 60fps actually worked.
4 ★: Very powerful, with many more features than my native camera app. It's occasionally glitchy on my Pixel 6, and the haptic feedback could be better, especially when starting and stopping recording. The features make up for these small setbacks, though.
5 ★: Best video recorder on android i know it's a video recording app but i wish if there was a photo captureing button because the image quality is better than any very compressed photo captureing apps except the raw but the raw files are very big and you have to edit them to use them
4 ★: I have an LG V50 and so far so good. I saw in some videos that there is an option to create own LUT, by going to Viewfinder Settings and pressing on a smalll upward arrow left from the Display LUT. I don't have that arrow, so how can I do this on my phone? Also, how can I download Technical LUTs directly from the app, as it says on your website? Thanks for your help.
5 ★: Okay, except for the slightly wobbly image when handheld (I believe it's the sensor's rolling shutter to blame) it's a really useful app, of course, if you tweak the settings in the right way, based on your phone's specifications. The ONLY issue is that the digital image stabilization doesn't work for me. Is it possible to make it work in the future?
4 ★: Very expensive, but great camera app in my opinion. Sadly I can't find a way to turn on shutter priority. It is all auto, or all manual with exposure. Also, when I switch from the telephoto lens back to normal or ultra wide on the Xperia 1 II, it stops working. Other than that, it's amazing to have the option to have options for sharpness, color profiles, white balance, resolution and frame rates, bitrate, audio controls and more.
