1 : I cannot connect watch to App?? Unable to see any 'how to use or set up device instructions. A step-by-step instruction would enable the user to better use all functions of the watch; at present unable to use it. Impossible to use watch, what is the point of havinf a device that should be assisting me with my fitness monitoring when the app; at this point is so useless. Contemplating deleting app and buy a brand that is more reliable that work. So disappointed

2 : Doesn't track steps unless actually go into walking screen and hit start, sleep didn't work, all connects to mobile just not as good as my last watch which only cost me 8.95au$, and still goes, NOT HAPPY AT all could have purchased 8 of the earlier watches I had and been happier plus just on 3 maths to arrive

1 : I have 2 watches. the first connected quickly and worked for years...until the glass finally gave way and I can't use it at work of it's not water resistant. so i tried to connect the backup watch, and it won't connect. I've even tried using multiple phones and tablets. for some reason, it just won't recognize or connect with anything thru the app. my suggestion is spend a little more money on a branded smartwatch (FitBit, Samsung/iPhone watch, etc.) and save yourself the hassle!

1 : Worked fine for a while but now won't connect to my watch - tried un-installing and reinstalling but made no difference. Not impressed at all. Love the look of my Livell watch that goes with the app, despite the catch being faulty. Feel like I've wasted my money :-( Interesting- posted a less than favourable report on the Livell Facebook page, had one reply but its now disappeared!

1 : Got it all set up it's just not reliable. The steps are off during workouts and it says I'm sleeping when the watch is charging so my sleeping patterns are wrong. Also would like more detail info on certain parts of the app. It's the only app that works with my watch so I'm stuck with it but looking to get a new watch cause I'm not really happy with this app.

1 : Setup was okay & it worked for a few weeks then started giving the wrong time & date. I've tried everything reset etc. I found one site that said swipe down and then left etc. but that didn't work . I got my girl friend a attractive wearfit watch and it's having the same problem. It lasted a few weeks longer. They appear to be just junk now.

1 : Very poor after market service, bought watch and downloaded app onto my previous phone . Watch and almost all features worked not bad. Updated my phone, I could not get my watch to link with my phone at all. I can't even reset my password because it still recognizes my email address from the first phone. I have tried repeatedly contacting the company, but they do not respond. I have tried creating a new account, still states there already is an account using that email address.

2 : This device works well at counting steps. It sucks at monitoring blood pressure! I have worn my medical cuff and this tracker in order to see just how far off this device is! It is nowhere near the reading from my cuff! Money wasted!

1 : It's pretty much the same as everyone else the app connects for a while then it disconnects for unknown reason and I've been unable to connect it, I've tried all the tips and tricks and still it fails to connect. You deserve a zero star rating.

1 : So disappointing! Had this watch & app since Christmas which was working really well, but now the app no longer connects to the watch, no matter what I do it doesn't work! Gutted to say the least. Really wouldn't recommend to anyone at this point.

FAQs & Tutorials

Q: What is an .APK File?

A: An Android Package Kit (APK for short) is the package file format used by the Android operating system for distribution and installation of mobile applications. Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same.

Q: What is an .XAPK File?

A: XAPK is a zip format standard that includes Android App Bundles or APK files (installation packages), along with OBB, cache assets, and other data files. This format ensures that an app is downloaded and runs successfully on Android devices. Due to the Google Play Store's limitation on app file sizes, developers often use the XAPK file format for apps larger than 100MB. This approach allows users to download APK files on Android without experiencing corruption issues.

Q: How to install .APK File?

Installing APK files on Android devices is straightforward. Here's a step-by-step guide:

  1. Download the APK File: Download the APK file from this website and save it in an easy-to-find location, such as your device's 'Downloads' folder.
  2. Open and Install the APK File: Locate and open the APK file you just downloaded. A prompt will appear asking for your confirmation to install the app. Tap "Install" to proceed with the installation.
  3. Complete Installation and Launch the App: Wait for the installation process to complete. Once installed, you can open the app directly or find it in your app drawer.

Q: How to install .XAPK File?

To install an XAPK file, you need to use the Split APKs Installer (SAI) application. Here's how to do it:

  1. Install SAI: Download and install the Split APKs Installer (SAI) app. The installation process is similar to that of any regular APK file.
  2. Install the XAPK:
    - Open the Split APKs Installer (SAI) on your device.
    - In SAI, tap on the 'Install APKs/XAPK' button.
    - Navigate to the folder where you saved the downloaded XAPK file.
    - Select the XAPK file you wish to install and proceed.
  3. Complete the Installation: Follow the on-screen instructions within SAI to complete the installation process. Once the installation is finished, the app will be available in your app drawer for use.
