1 ★: Stopped working and lost my data. Worked fine until the past month or so, when suddenly it constantly disconnects from my watch. And now 4 months worth of my measurement history vanished three days ago....and no, I didn't manually clear it. UPDATE So they release an update to fix some major issues, but also put 30 second ads in at the same times. Doh!!! One step forward and 2 steps back.
1 ★: Having problems connecting to my phone. I've tried several different ways, restarted my phone & the watch as well as reinstalling the app. This is no good for connecting with my phone. At the very least, I can use the band to tell my heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation & temperature. The accuracy is a little suspect sometimes though. Guess that's what I get for putting such a cheap band on my wishlist. I REALLY hoped that this would work better...
1 ★: Bought two. First finally set up and connected. Would do all functions on watch, but would not record on app. Also did not do hourly readings. While trying to sleep first night it kept alerting me to get up and about because I was sedentary! Lol Finally got out of bed only to discover the clock on this watch was 2 minutes slow, and was no longer connected. Finally got connected and found all settings back to default, nothing recording on app! Very nice watch, app needs to be fixed.
1 ★: Alarms- you cannot name the alarms and I have not found a way to delete them besides just turning them off. Heart rate monitor- I can get live readings, but the app does not record my heart rate throughout the day. Steps- records on the watch, but not on the app. Sleep- ehh from what I see, it does not appear to be accurate. Overall- watch is great as a med reminder, but you are better off going with something else if you want it to do more than that.
1 ★: App was good in many ways to start with. Ability to record data seemed a great idea except even though I had a registered account with avatar and personal data saved, my recorded data wasn't backed up in the cloud .. what's the point? Data on the watch or phone. The app updated and erased all my historical data. It never synced with Google Fit even though it said it was linked. Bluetooth connectivity became unstable and then stopped working all together. No response from the developer.
3 ★: Pretty decent app. Sometimes disconnects from the watch and can be a bit fiddly to get connected again. Doesn't talk to Google Fit as claimed. Other than that, I like it. Note on steps: Like most watches, it doesn't actually count "steps", it can't. It actually is counting arm swings. Latest update made it much worse. Lots of ads and it randomly starts playing a game that you can't stop. Awful. It still has the basic functions so I still gave it a few stars.
1 ★: The app is highly non-intuitive and confusing. It stayed connected to the band fo 6 hours only. At that point the bluetooth icon went off. I could not get the bluetooth connection back for 30 hours after that regardless of what I tried. I finally recharged the band even though it had 70% charge remaining and then I was able to get the bluetooth connection back. Then the app refused to connect to the band. Bad mistake to get this verry sorry product. It is worse than KoreTrak.
1 ★: WARNING! The App connects only rarely, so it makes the smartwatch useless. The smartwatch loses over 15 minutes a day without connecting to the phone to synchronize the time, so I can't even use it as a "dumb" watch. I know my phone Google Pixel 2XL does not have any Bluetooth issues. I received the watch as a gift, so I can't return it. Avoid buying a watch that uses this app unless they fix the connection bugs!
1 ★: Can't connect to the band....ever. Tried every trick I've read. Makea the watch mostly useless. I've learned it's just as important to read up on the app as it is about the watch. I thought it was going to be the perfect watch. Time runs slow, can't get it to sync with the phone. No communicating between the two. So frustrating!! Love to give it zero stars.
1 ★: Me & my husband both received ours yesterday. It won't connect to our app or our phones. The adds are super annoying & confusing. The watch won't connect to my phone or email. My husband is very computer savvy but he can't get them to connect. The very small pamphlet is useless. The good thing about them is the time. Heart beat per minute, blood pressure. But the watch itself is very unattractive. And the place you plug is device in to charge is difficult to take off. I'm very 😥 dissatisfied.
