1 ★: The field for date of birth in emergency data module is very tedious, one had to scroll through several, in my case over 840 months to arrive at the appropriate date, can you not improve the same, have a pull down menu for year first and then month and date, you can also pick up date of birth from data on driving license.

3 ★: Unable to refresh the app for insurance renewal. Kindly fix this issue as after insurance renewal, I am unable to find my new validity of insurance and facing issues with that. It's my suggestion to figure out a easy, user friendly way to the problem. Thanks in advance.

2 ★: Hi Team, Why there is no option to choose O+ available in blood group section in manage profile under emergency services? I have to choose I don't know from drop down. In emergency if doctor will waste the time to test my blood group then when they will start the other important task. While I choose Don't know from list, it's converted into A+ in record. What the hell you have developed a software. Please be responsible. It's metter of life. Please fix it asap.

1 ★: Dear Team, Being myself a Software engineer I can understand that it will always be smooth to manage big data base and multiple functions. But atleast maintain the core of this application it was such a Rockstar when it was launched initially. Instead of improvement its getting worse. Please focus on main task and keep that simple and crisp. Hope someone will take action someday.

5 ★: Since I installed this app amd logged in on a new phone last week, I was unable to access any DL and RC. Wrote a 1 star review and got immediate feedback too reinstall. This solved the problem. So a 4 star to app and 1 for the team behind it!

3 ★: It would be a great value addition if the entire website were to be available on the phone with all features such as slot booking to payment. Right now it's more of a database access, info display app. Please take in these suggestions. Thanks

1 ★: This used to be a good and useful app. Now it is a broken and half baked piece of useless software. For some options you have to use the app, some options are usable only on the vahan website. Everything realted to this service is now very scattered. Add to that the tons of pop ups! This is digital India in the reverse direction. First make the apps and websites and then start breaking them!

3 ★: I could not find my DL details in this app, trying since 2 years, but local transport authority not yet updated it, without the wholesome collaboration, the very purpose of this app is mitigating, secondly small works like change of address, renewal of RC, NOC in Form 28 etc and others should be made online with certain checks and balances , at least for private vehicles, so as to reduction in time, effort and also corruption by brokers/agents and officials...

5 ★: Too many loopholes and bugs. Many modification and fixes required. I created virtual DL and RC and just moments later, it vanished from my dashboard. Edit: All bugs fixed. Very happy now. It's lovely to see the faces of mamus when I show them virtual RC and DL. They can't forcefully loot my money now by snatching my DL and threatening with a fake case.

1 ★: I love this update. Earlier I used to face a lot of issues and bugs in the app. This update solved it all. Now when I open the app, it crashes that very moment and doesn't open. That's one way to remove all the bugs. When the app won't open, there won't be any bugs. I am amazed at the creativity here.
