1 ★: The update is terrible. The app doesn't stay connected to my accounts, and I have been assessed a water bill late penalty because I didn't get any notifications about owing for water. I understand that's my responsibility, but updating the app and breaking the core capability of "having an account" is a really frustrating way to miss a payment.

3 ★: I don't like the updated app. It is not intuitive, user friendly.

2 ★: This app appears to connect my accounts, but then once heading back to the dashboard, prompts me again to connect my accounts. There seems to be no way to check my trash balance either, and the option to reload your balance is gone, replaced by an autoreload option, which is not ideal. Bring back TrashBot!

1 ★: This app was great, but now I have to reconnect my account and use the chat bot every time just to find out the balance on my trash account. I miss the old app that told me the balance as soon as I logged in.

1 ★: App was fine before. Now it takes u literally 2 minutes to get in this app just to see if you need to put money on a bill. Change it back. It takes too much time answering a million questions👎🏼
