1 ★: Worked ok for about a year always had trouble getting it to sync with phone . Now it won't sync at all tried Uninstaller and reinstalling not syncing. The next Fitness tracker I purchase will not be a jyou pro brand.
1 ★: I have installed the application on two Motorola devices, Moto 5S and Moto 6, Android version 8.1. I am note able to see the smartwatch at all in order to bind it. I have followed all the instructions. Please check and fix. I will update my review after it is ok.
3 ★: Apparently this watch does not sync steps to Google fit, which is the only way I can earn rewards for my steps and the reason I got a fitness watch! I've been happy with it except I just realized it's not working with Google fit so now I'm upset.
3 ★: This app works but there is a long list of blocker: - cannot export data regarding daily sleep, heart rate and pressure. - the graphs cannot be zoomed in (can't even read the exact numbers for each hour of the day). I have privacy concerns about this (as stated by the GDPR). - cannot correlate sleep with heart rate while this is fundamental - the share button is app-implemented and I can't choose any of the apps installed on my phone - google fit sync is activated but apparently there is no data going there - can't find a way to delete a theme from the watch Exporting raw data is the most important to start from.
