1 ★: I purchased a parking pass for a parking lot, when I got the email to look at my parking pass it had us in a garage. My van would not have fit in the garage & we were driving 7 hours to an event. So we couldn't make mistakes like that. It took weeks to get a refund back and when I finally got a refund it was gametime credit.. I didn't pay you in credits, I used my debit card. I don't want to use this app anymore but now I have over $100 in credit I'll just lose.
4 ★: First time using Gametime for ticket purchase. So far so good! The tickets are showing up in my app, and hopefully they'll be there and work as promised on concert day. LOVE that Gametime has the option to pay with PayPal, and doesn't put up a time limit to complete the ticket purchase (like at Ticketmaster). The only draw-back are the somewhat excessive fees, but I guess they're pretty much the same at every ticket vendor.
5 ★: So far so good, I used the app for the first time and had an awesome experience. Fast delivery, fees were not too crazy and ended up with great seats. I literally just purchased tickets for another show this week. Two in the same week is crazy for me but to see two greats it's been awesome. Thanks Gametime I will definitely refer friends and family.
4 ★: Tickets can take a second to arrive, but Gametime is (usually) a fantastic service to get resale tickets at a good discount. Customer service also seems to be great. App is a bit bare though: no 'wishlist' defaults to the top and 2 tix every time you return to the tix buying screen app appears to be unoptimized performance-wise
1 ★: Not only was I charged twice, they only sent 2 of the 3 tickets I purchased. It was for my friends birthday and the Uber's alone to get there were more than the tickets. It was a horrible evening. Customer service made me email a ton of information including screenshots and said they would get back to me in 14 days. What a joke, I contacted my credit card company and they took care of it right away. Do NOT use this app. Terrible customer service. They should've refunded and then some considering
5 ★: This is by far the greatest app for buying event tickets I have used thus far! The app is very easy to navigate but even when I make a silly mistake, when I have called the customer service to fix my error, they've been courteous and friendly, not making me feel dumb at all. This is a must recommend to anyone who is looking for great prices on experiences they want to create for their family!
5 ★: Excellent customer service. I bought tickets less than 40 minutes before an event, and they didn't transfer. i contacted them via the chat feature, and got several prompt, effective responses. They contacted the seller, determined the tickets weren't available, and provided me with new tickets at no charge. I made it in with 10 minutes spare. That is impossible with any other app.
1 ★: BEWARE! DON"T DO IT! I previously downloaded the app and registered to create a profile. I never bought anything and uninstalled the app. After reinstalling the app, it automatically logged me in. However, it didn't show my profile information. There was no name, no phone number, no email address. As you browse the app and click on a ticket option, it simply shows you the price and 2 buttons: "Add Payment Info" and "GPay" for Google Pay. I clicked on "GPay" thinking that it would take me to the checkout page to see the pricing information and if there are any extra fees associated to the ticket cost. It immediately charged me for the tickets, yet it had no name, phone, or email address to send the tickets. After contacting them, they asked me to enter my name, phone, and email address in order for them to see my order. After doing so, they said they can't offer a refund because the seller had already issued the barcodes for the tickets. What a SHADY way of doing business. It automatically logs you into your Google Pay if you previously registered. It doesn't have a checkout page. It doesn't even need your name, phone, or email to charge you. NEVER AGAIN.
4 ★: Good overall, but on Android there are a couple of UI issues that need to be worked out. When tapping the Map view, it can lock in on a specific seat that is behind the map button. User has no idea what's happening. When sending RSVP to a phone number, it's not clear anything happens and it adds another RSVP. You have to click Send, then click Close. User expects that clicking Send will send useful feedback.
1 ★: This app seems designed to separate you from your money as quickly as possible. My first purchase was two tickets that ended up being wildly overpriced compared to the venue website. After an unreasonable amount of back and forth with customer support, I received the difference -- in app credit, of course. Customer service was quick to charge my card and then literally mocked me when I told them I wasn't getting the service I expected. There's more, but I'm out of space. Beware.
