1 ★: I accidentally backspace and the tickets got reserved but I wasn't able to buy them. so the seats show as reserved even though I didn't get them and hence lost my seats.

Wouldn't show a button to finalize purchase with Google Pay, had to enter a credit card, EVEN THOUGH I WAS TRYING TO USE MY ACCOUNT BALANCE. Fandango has essentially stolen $13 from me. Tried to get support, their chat is only open one day a week. Terrible service, will not us again.
