1 ★: I have worst experience with this app.last week, I have ordered the products from this app and did not receive some of them. I had put a complaint, but they didn't reply aptly and after four days of complain, they replied that they are not going to refund me. Though this was their mistake but they didn't even feel acountable for that.

1 ★: Dunzo if you are not available in a particular pincode, then take additional cost for the delivery. This way any customer who want to reach remotest location can pay extra and get their work done. Also you need to increase your workforce, plan an incentive for people who are ready to work at off hours. Like newspaper wala guys who work at wee hours.

3 ★: Only thing good is the concept, the execution is bad. Disappointed with the customer care. Also, the app is slow and keeps hanging. Adding to that, now their delivery charges have increased, so makes it pointless. Try other apps. I'm uninstalling it.

4 ★: This is a very good service particularly during lockdown. I would suggest if there is a provision to download the transaction details for a period in pdf format. I use this service for many official works and to reimburse the expenses, this feature would be helpful.

3 ★: Mainly using for provisions and meat during lockdown. The delivery charges are minimal and the partners are doing great work. Never had bad experience with partners However for meat shops dunzo asks for ratings. But the ratings are not visible when I want to order. Had bad experience with some shops selling old meat, I have provided low ratings. This becomes useless as this is not shared and other people will order without knowing the sellers previous ratings So stopped using dunzo

1 ★: Initialy i use this app found very convenient as Service is good with no delivery charges but nowadays they are charging hefty delivery charges as well as puted minimum order condition.also many time they dont have delivery partner available. Finding No point of using this app when we get same things from local kirana stores without any delivery charges and this kirana store also listed in dunzo.

2 ★: Dunzo service is good but every time I order, I end up having problems with the quality of the products I receive. Today i ordered a pack of dark fantasy but it had loads of red ants and their eggs instead !! How disgusting! This is happening for the third time in a row !!

3 ★: Very useful during such times, however, it would be appreciated if the items are given in a bag. It becomes difficult when making big orders. Most orders I've faced this problem, the items would directly just be given to me without a paper carry bag or anything.

1 ★: Worst app. I received lesser than ordered value. But there is no way to complain. They have their own questions to answer but not possible to give customer questions to get reply. Worst app. No customer satisfaction is preferred here.

2 ★: I don't know what is wrong with the app. I am not able to make payments. And the support option is terrible. They only have some preloaded questions to choose from. So I can't even share my issue or ask for assistance. The app is excellent till you face any problem , it seems !
