- 2 ★: I have a S7 & unfortunately updated the cookoo 2 watch thru it (Android 6). It worked fine until I updated to Android 7 Nougat. Now I don't get notification for text message on the watch. Only calls show up. I also tried repairing & reinstalling the app but to no avail.
- 4 ★: The app works great.. Maybe a bit old fashioned looking now... Can't update to the latest firmware on the watch. Trying to find a friend with a old android version is near impossible.
- 4 ★: At first use with sony z1, this is a great app. But after use lenovo vibe shot, app always disconnect. I will give you 5 star if you can solve the problem..
- 4 ★: I recently bought the cogito smartwatch for my android phone and I noticed there is 3 command spots but you're only able to assign the watch to find your phone. Maybe use the other 2 commands to open your camera app on your phone. Or open ypur music app then skip songs forward and backwards when in your music app like how you can play and pause it. Just a thought....

- 1 ★: I updated the software of the watch thru iPhone but it still doesn't work with my android Samsung j5 which is version 6.It works on iPhone but on android.And the iPhone isn't mine so no good.Please fix the problem.
- 4 ★: I tried to update the software from s4 and note3 but couldn't i believe the version of these phones is not compatible with the watch. After I contact the company they advice me to try to update it from iPhone after trying it work properly .I like the watch don't need charging every day

- 4 ★: Can't reconnect on Android 6.0+ Update: Thank you, it's working again now. Fortunately one of my family members have phone with Android 5+ otherwise wouldn't be easy to fix problem. One additional thing I had to do on my phone to deal with reconnection problem is allowing background location for this app.
- 3 ★: Caller ID spuradic only works when reset watch and uninstall the install app but only a couple of times then stops working and no title for calendar entries just a number needs a lot of work on android 7.0 on galaxy s7 edge no access to lower versions of android or iPhone to see if update is available please sort out thinking of returning watch
