2 ★: Although you can select Google Fit as your linked activity tracker, I have never been able to get it to successfully sync. I've dealt with customer service on multiple attempts to fix this, and it just never works. Their ultimate suggestion? Manual entry. Why even bother pretending you support these trackers? The activity tracking experience is just frustrating. Additionally, the app is just slow, and frequently fails to load various pages, leaving you with a blank purple screen.
1 ★: I had a store credit. When I tried to use it and make a purchase I was told my bank card was invalid. Then the store just vanished from the app. Recently, the rewards center stopped loading. Funny that as the end of the year approaches and my rewards are actually in a place of use themor lose them, I can't access that part of the app. Castlight is a waste of time. DO BETTER!
4 ★: Seems early to tell, but the rewards offered seem good enough to check in at least semi regularly. And it has been a good resource for reminding me of all the benefits I have available through my company. Some of the health tracking data is off though, and it seems to either disconnect from, or not download updates from my smart watch as often as I'd like.
1 ★: Never even opens. I have tried to use it for several months, but I can't even get through to the login screen. The splash screen just has a bunch of letters scattered everywhere. I'm using a Google Pixel 2 and everything else on my phone works perfectly. Unbelievable how it STILL doesn't work even after writing to their customer service.
4 ★: Runs and works well! Never really had any issues with it. A couple times I couldn't get a video to play, which is why I gave it 4 stars, but it eventually worked after a couple weeks. May have just been a glitch. Not a big deal. It's a great platform for us to earn our wellness points for our HSA. Has some good resources too. I use it regularly! Would recommend this app to any friends who also use this platform for insurance/HSA purposes.
1 ★: I have now had to uninstall and reinstall this app 5 times. I am on my second download today. I keep getting an error message that it can't connect to the server. Uninstall the download and go through all the steps to log in again and it will work until it times out, or I fall asleep, or someone sneezes. At this point your guess is as good as mine. Completely annoying and making the event almost impossible for some teammates who don't know to try the reinstall. Tech support chat is a joke too.
1 ★: The app will not open so I can sync my steps. I chatted with support and they blamed my phone, said I did not have the updated version. I uninstalled, then reinstalled and I received the same server error. I contacted support again and was told to try later. Fix it! I need the app for the fitness challenge. My teammates are experiencing the same problem.
1 ★: Difficult to sync. Does not get back data from garmin app. Have to log on and sync manually every time, and it does not update unless i open the garmin app and sync it first. This means open two apps to get maybe get it to sync the correct data. Must do this every couple days. App is difficult to navigate around. Company did not notify associates a change was made. When you open jiff you get a redirect to load new app, but no data from prior is loaded. Makes jiff look like golden app.
4 ★: App is good in general, but syncing with Samsung Health app to track steps is off. Was trying to attain 5 points yesterday by reaching 5k steps, but it went to today instead. The steps were right before bed. I think the developers need to check the timezone. Not everyone is in GMT! Overall though, app works great and like all the integrations with different health data.
1 ★: Loaded app and found a local clinic. When back in app a few more times and when l search for anything it just has the bars where info should be just flashing and will not load any info. Have closed app and restarted with same results. Also completely powered down the phone and restarted the app and gives the same results of searching continuously with no results show. Garbage app that needs to be fixed or APWU health plan needs to us a different platform as this app is useless!
