1 ★: Apps nya minta perbaharui aplikasinya terus sementara update terakhir di play store sudah yang per tanggal 18 April 2025. Masalah sudah sejak sebelum lebaran sampai sekarang, setelah update, masih sama aja. Masa iya sih developer program ngak punya temen yang bisa diminta untuk coba install dan lihat masalahnya apa, tanpa harus kirim email lagi ke care BPJS. Kalo memang aplikasinya tidak bisa dipantau secara berkala, baiknya BPJS TIDAK SELALU menganjurkan apps ini baik di website maupun petugas
