3 ★: Good app, better than Polar Bear. 1 Code Bug that needs to be fixed is can only view 1st 'Last Record'. Saved records after the 1st original will NOT display when you select them, crashes app !!!!
5 ★: Connected perfectly to my Suunto HR BSlE belt, thanks! (the only thing missing is that the app will update my Google Fit data)
4 ★: I use this also. Great app together with my Garmin Dual band. Can anyone give me info on the data in the download files.
5 ★: Works with Bluetooth chest strap. Display showing zones and current hear rate is easy to see and understand. Summary at the end of a session is clear and includes a graph of zone by time. I've tried lots of different HR monitor apps, and this is by far the best if you want to measure intensity of a cardio workout. It doesn't record location, it doesn't draw maps, it doesn't have cute icons. It does measure heart rate and record the data for as long as you want ad ;ets you share and backup your records. I would like it if the total duration was included clearly in the detailed results, but it shown on the summary along with calorie burn.
3 ★: This appears to identical to the Acentas app, other than differences in the interface design. I liked the Acentas version, it does all I need. The biggest problem with it and this app is that it doesn't save data as you go. If the app crashes or is inadvertently closed then all data for that session is lost. To say that this is irritating after a six-hour cycle ride is to understate things. This version of the app shows a slightly lower BMP than Acentas, and is probably more accurate.
1 ★: Garmin Forerunner 45 gives constant notification vibration, allowing nothing else to function.
4 ★: minor issue: cant export hr data timeline to txt/csv file for other uses (or i cand find it). minor issue: would be nice to have better historgram of hr rates, pluses: no account, works offline, automatically reconnects and continue recoeding when lost tracker, good UI, calculates calories pretty well based on weight, height and sex too, and some extra indicators, like delta rr, rr-rr plots, min/max/avg.
5 ★: I couldn't figure out why my Bluetooth heart rate monitor stopped working with my normal app. I downloaded this see if it would work with a different app, and instantly it realized that location services was disabled on my phone. Apparently location services needs to be enabled for Bluetooth LE. The app kindly redirected me to the correct area in settings to fix the problem and then I was on the road again! Great work going the extra mile on this lean and very useful app.
3 ★: Just OK because by the time being I'm experiencing three major problems: 1) I've to pair every single time (KALENJI DUAL ANT+ / BLUETOOTH SMART RUNNER'S HEART RATE MONITOR BELT) 2) If I go out of phone range more than few seconds (it might happen), connection is lost, app freeze, crash and all data is lost. 3) similar to the previous, if I remove the heart rate device, app will lose all data without even asking. Please fix those and ti will be a nice app.
4 ★: This was flawless on my Pixel 2XL but since I've "upgraded" to a Pixel 4XL I have to manually pair my chest strap every time I open it and want to use it. Hopefully the developers know about this bug & are working on a fix. Other than that, amazing app for what I want it for (tracking and monitoring my stats during workouts).
FAQs & Tutorials
Q: What is an .APK File?
A: An Android Package Kit (APK for short) is the package file format used by the Android operating system for distribution and installation of mobile applications. Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same.
Q: What is an .XAPK File?
A: XAPK is a zip format standard that includes Android App Bundles or APK files (installation packages), along with OBB, cache assets, and other data files. This format ensures that an app is downloaded and runs successfully on Android devices. Due to the Google Play Store's limitation on app file sizes, developers often use the XAPK file format for apps larger than 100MB. This approach allows users to download APK files on Android without experiencing corruption issues.
Q: How to install .APK File?
Installing APK files on Android devices is straightforward. Here's a step-by-step guide:
- Download the APK File: Download the APK file from this website and save it in an easy-to-find location, such as your device's 'Downloads' folder.
- Open and Install the APK File: Locate and open the APK file you just downloaded. A prompt will appear asking for your confirmation to install the app. Tap "Install" to proceed with the installation.
- Complete Installation and Launch the App: Wait for the installation process to complete. Once installed, you can open the app directly or find it in your app drawer.
Q: How to install .XAPK File?
To install an XAPK file, you need to use the Split APKs Installer (SAI) application. Here's how to do it:
- Install SAI: Download and install the Split APKs Installer (SAI) app. The installation process is similar to that of any regular APK file.
- Install the XAPK:
- Open the Split APKs Installer (SAI) on your device.
- In SAI, tap on the 'Install APKs/XAPK' button.
- Navigate to the folder where you saved the downloaded XAPK file.
- Select the XAPK file you wish to install and proceed. - Complete the Installation: Follow the on-screen instructions within SAI to complete the installation process. Once the installation is finished, the app will be available in your app drawer for use.
