I all about customer satisfaction and they failed me. Hopefully my experience helps you with your decision on if you should join or not.

Also, the monthly payments are very low to stretch your payments out over longer which results in higher interest amount paid out over time. They report to the major credit bureaus and I have purchased a couple large appliances happily using this great, expensive company. Long history and great customer service.
5 ★: I have used this app on several occassions and have not experienced any issues to date. It feels like a small extension of the main website. I have been able to do anything on the app that I have been able to do online, including shopping, paying my bill, etc. I am not really sure where these other comments are coming from, but, it has be proven that approximately 90% of all computer problems circlesl back to user error. Just saying. 😳
1 ★: This app is junk! I go to get on it and all it does is take me to an all white page, no letters just white blank page. Cant pay my bill, cant shop and cant brouse items! Worthless! Waiste of space and data on my phone!! I want my data back this app robbed me of by running in the back ground and sucking up my data!! ..
2 ★: I cant make simple payments thru the app...I can shop and do everything else...payment info or options are blank never load but again all t u e other features seem to work ...something that is supposed to be helping is more frustrating then helpful...I don't think ill be dealing wit this again in the future ill pay my tab and be done...
