1 ★: Useless! I've been able to log in exactly once in 5 months. Always gives an "unable to authenticate user" error. I would give it zero stars if I could because that is exactly what it's worth. I really think AT&T is using it as a selling point but intentionally keeps you from logging in once you sign up and start paying them. That way they never have to give you any of the benefits. That would fit perfectly with their customer service.

1 ★: This app has not worked since I DL it, it''s been months. Everytime I go to sign in on the App it comes up with an issue error. For me to sign in & look into my Thanks offers....I have to Google the website, sign in there, & be told I am limited to my offers & experience due to not signing in via App I wish they would change this. If the App isnt going to work, or work for everyone, it shouldn't be limited options via the website. Especially when that is all I have as an optional sign in.

3 ★: Application no longer allows you to login, probably since their exciting new update in August. Thought it was a temporary glitch but it has been weeks and weeks. It would be great to take advantage of the offers if we could login. And yes I ensured our login was correct etc.

1 ★: I can't log in. It saying it can't authenticate me but I'm using the same username and password. I changed my password and it said it was accepted but took me back to the sign in and did the same thing as before. This app needs to be fixed or removed. Right now it's worthless!

1 ★: Used to work well, but now I cannot login. I keep getting an "authentication error" no matter how many times I try to change my password. AT&T used to be the best, but within the past year I have had nothing but issues. Terrible service, faulty equipment, and impossible to use apps like this one! What a shame. I guess I will finally be forced to switch to Spectrum because at least their customer service isn't complete trash!!!

1 ★: The app used to work, now it doesn't. It's fully updated. It will load but I just get a white screen that says welcome & explains the app, the words continue to the end of the screen and that's it. It doesn't scroll, there's nothing to click, I've tried tapping the screen, holding the screen, etc. However, att thanks will work on my PC just fine. Lol. It's not my phone, my phone is newer, I have the Note 10 plus. So, what gives?

1 ★: This is one of the worst applications I've ever used from AT&t. I mean I just tried to sign in 10 times. And all 10 times I was not able to sign in even though I gave my correct password and my correct login ID. It's just another example of the real garbage that AT&t is putting out to customers, well not caring about customers because AT&t is more concerned with their investors than they are with the customers. Which is why they're losing customers everyday. I'm leaving AT&t next year.

4 ★: UPDATE BELOW --I get an "unable to authenticate user" message after entering my credentials. I've re-set the password twice and the same thing happened each time. This app was pretty much useless anyway. I never thought I'd say this, but T-Mobile's comparable app is 1000x better. C'mon AT&T 🙄. I uninstalled the app, deleted the cache from the 2 internet browsers I use, and reinstalled the app. It works correctly now.

1 ★: Never able to login to my account without resetting my password. And even then it probably won't work. On the rate occasion when I do get in there is nothing worth the effort. Better to trash this app and put the supposed benefits inside of the myatt app, but even that fails constantly

1 ★: Web login available see guide below* The last update has caused the app to become unusable. Like others, every time I try to sign in I get "Unable to Authenticate User." Guess this is AT&Ts way to keep people from collecting any promos to save them money. *The only way to get the Thanks rewards is to go to the AT&T Thanks website. On PC use Chrome, developer options, and turn on "mobile mode". Then go Settings, Preferences, Global, and check both boxes. May have to redo "mobile mode" on popups.
