4 ★: Atlas team you guys are awesome this app and the band shape has a lot of potentials some gripes that I encounter are; oh by the way is there any chance I can use the wristband app instead? because I love a lot of workout there. OK I wish the shape band can count the same way as the atlas wristband and vibrates when it's done. I also hope that it can work even when the app is closed. Another thing is that I'm also hoping you guys can make an update to pause in between workout or automatically start the next workout when we start doing the exercise.( because sometimes machine or dumbells are being used or we still need to set up the the barbell etc.) Another thing I also hope you can make an update that can show the intensity of our workout just like in atlas wristband app. Overall the band the the app is really promising looks awesome and very functional. more guided workout for men as well would be greatly appreciated. More power guys I'll be waiting for an update I know you guys are good at this :)
5 ★: The device wouldn't sync with two different phones apple or Android which is disappointing. I was hoping for a Fitbit alternative. Pete and the team at Atlas Shape were amazing quickly replacing my band and sending a kind gift. I'm off and training for my first triathlon. I absolutely recommend the Trainer and Team.
3 ★: The wristband works very well, but its connectivity with the phone is buggy and unreliable. If I put my phone down and leave bluetooth range, I'm unable to sync my shape band until I log out of the app and log back in, which is an obnoxious step.
1 ★: Good..... When it works. The workout data is useful but quite irritating as the band has alot syncing issues, which is surprising as other bands costing half the price sync more regularly. Workouts are pretty good, though the library is quite limited still.
1 ★: Band and app are not what I expected as it's most simplest features do not work for me. I have a newer phone and can't understand what the problem is. I will be putting my fitbit back on and will be returning this band.
1 ★: The band hardly ever syncs with the app. I do all the hard stops to get it to work but it still says it can't sync. It syncs 1 out of 5 times. Big disappointment.
4 ★: Lots of potential for this app and the band, looking forward what futures updates will bring; More exercise routines would be really nice.
5 ★: Long-life watch compared to other watches, I like that I can do custom workouts now but it says it can't coach me on it then just says I completed the workout.
1 ★: I tried to be fair to the app and more importantly to Atlas Shape but even one star is more than it deserves! I was one of the backers on Kickstarter and got two Shapes: one for my wife and one for me. After about six months of trying and believing I just don't see any improvements or even tries to make anything better. - The step counter is only about 60% accurate (when you walk 12k it shows around 9k) - The sleep tracker is a joke! You are better off looking at the time when you go to bed and when you wake up - Tracking during the workouts only sees one or two (if you are lucky) out of five of the workouts - Average BP during the workout is around 116 when it should be around 140 - Syncing takes 40 - 90 seconds (if it works at all) - suggested workouts are always the same. You have to switch them manually if you want some variety - the alarm (reminder) is the worst! You have to be awake to actually notice it! There is also no way to select the days when it should "vibrate" The only thing that seems to work is the BP during the rest phases. There are so many things that do not do what they should... Any China tracker for 15$ does a better job at everything than Atlas Shape! The best part is, when both "trackers" arrived (about six months delayed), I went to their homepage to see, that they already made the next version of the watch... I don't know if this is in any way related to the delay of the Shape but it was very disappointing. I can't recommend Atlas Shape or the company altogether for that matter. I will switch back to my Xiaomi Mi Band 2 for now. It's just a pity that I wasted the money and the time to believe in this company...
1 ★: Edit : Your apologies aren't doing anything for my automatic (including not guided like in promotion video). I'd like to get a full refund including postage from UK. exercise tracking bought this device solely for its claim to automatically track everything watching its futuristic Kickstarter video, however it seems to be a failer. Today is the first day and it didn't track my Freeletics HIIT. It only tracked walking and running. I hope it gets fixed or I'll kindly ask for a return including postage
