1 : I feel compelled to write this once more because I just wasted about an hour and a half on this app and what they fail to mention is that you have to file claim online anyway so the purpose is app is to assist you in filing your claim so if you have an IQ that's higher than that of a tortilla chip skip this app. You're going to have to file your claim at asurion's website anyway so why in the heck would you waste your time with this garbage and they call it tech coach but I was the one coaching

1 : Confusing, more complicated than original Tech Coach app, responses slower, complicated log on and sign in process. There was a time when Verizon directly provided great phone support. But that train left the station a long time ago.

1 : Sucks, when i called about the previous phone Yes, you finally replaced the LG phone but you replaced it with the same referbished LG same problems still exist and now i am recieving Vulgar Text messages. We have 2 phones on this account the phone 1 has been replaced 2 times and he recives Samsung 11 andy replacement was an LG that is no longer being made. We have the same coverage so what gives? Just giving the reason why used one word answer. Also a virus was added to this phone.

2 : The process of going through this tech coach is tedious. I know there's an issue with my phone, and I know you sometimes have to jump through hoops, but nevertheless I became angry... Not really happy with this.

1 : App not showing up even after installing so I can't get back to the process of verifying. Then when I finally get chatting with someone and go to check my typing screen as requested I cannot get back!

5 : My tech coach was Ms. Rae and she was so helpful and knowledgeable and even though she couldn't do what I was needing, adding more cloud storage because mine was full, she still took the time to offer me some deals that would really benefit us, but I didnt want to do that without talking to my husband 1st, but she was able to going me a plan for just me because my cloud was full and put me in touch w the department I needed to speak with to get my extra storage space. 2 thumbs up for help. GREAT

5 : Very easy to use service with amazing costumer service representatives. Filed my claim and had replacement sent in 2 days!!

5 : Been waiting 40 minutes still no chat. Verizon should provide this service for free. There's nothing awesome about a service for waiting. If you have nothing else to do the app and service is for you. High price for nothing.

1 : Terrible - waited an hour and twenty minutes for the chat and had to disconnect. It just said they were finding the right person(s) to respond to my issue. TERRIBLE

1 : I can't even get the goddamn thing to work. When I tried to log in it wants to text me a code that I'm supposed to enter. However, by looking at the text screen with the code on it, I lose the data entry screen and I can't get it back therefore I can't enter the code therefore I can't use this stupid app I'm going to cancel it nothing I have tried has allowed me to log in. Ironically, I can't access the app thars supposed to help me with this problem
