3 ★: I love my watch....when it work.. I mostly started using it to track my sleep and heart rate and been using it for 2 weeks. for these 2 weeks I had to reset it twice already because first, it works great then it don't want to sync on the app with the watch and its frustrating because the data I need its not popping up and don't want to start over. they need to fix on the syncing process
3 ★: Bought it for a few bucks in February. Device itself works well, the app does not. It constantly disconnects from my device. This last update has caused it to not sync at all. I'm glad I got a color I like because it's only good as a watch now.
3 ★: Incorrect app information, info on watch is correct but app info is not what it should be, I contacted app creators but have not heard back from them. Talked to customer service after uninstalling and reinstalling seems to be working better. After update seems to be working well but still havr not tecieved any feedback on app problems. Has been working better recently, no problems
1 ★: Since the newest update, the app will no longer connect to my watch unless I have an active internet connection and I am in the app. I am very dissatisfied, and I'm highly considering getting a different brand of smart Fitness watch. I really hope the developers say something other than call us so we can help you
3 ★: The idea of the app was a great motivator...still Having slight problems sincing watch n app. Had my watch over a year. Now My vibe watch display doesn't work. I can't see my progress. I still wear it. Feeling sad n discouraged. Customer service wont get back to me.
3 ★: I use it to help lose weight and count my steps. But my SMS, Phone calls and missed calls don't work. Even with my notifications being all on. I want a new phone with all working feachers. I have a 3plus elite lite. I want a new watch exactly the same or an upgrade for my inconvenience.
2 ★: I really enjoyed this product until the update and now I have to have the app open all the time in order for my notifications to come through on the watch. Please fix. Otherwise I may just have to invest in another brand and product.
1 ★: It worked great until this last update. Now my watch will only connect to my app when the app is open. Its really annoying for my watch to CONSTANTLY buzz with the Hazzard symbol every 10 minutes.
3 ★: Since updating the app, the watch doesn't stay connected unless app is open all the time. This is very annoying. Please fix this.
5 ★: Never used plus elite before ultimately it's not to shabby. Great for kids not to expensive. Also good for people that are starting to focus on there health.
