1 ★: Just bought the watch and I can't even set my birthday right, obviously its been a problem for a while now because I see a lot of other reviewers are saying the same thing and it hasn't been fixed. Im about to try and sink my phone with the app but others have said they had problems doing so. We will see, I might go ahead and return it because 3+ isn't working on the bugs in the app. This is how a company loses money 💰
1 ★: Terrible app with bugs that haven't been fixed. With every issue I get told to reset it which clears all my data and when that doesn't work i'm told the issues been escalated then I never hear anything back. Can't input my correct birthdate, the weather is telling me its 489 degrees in Ohio, it adds steps to my count while I'm sitting still. The watch is nice-ish but the app sucks.
1 ★: The birthrate you put in when you set it up only goes back to 2010. Did anyone test this? Is the developer complete idiot? I've made personal apps for my phone. Making a date field with specific valid start and end dates is extremely easy, you almost have to deliberately try to screw that up. Developer, don't reply with "oh no, contact us to help us fix it" I already told you what the problem is. But you already screwed up on something so basic, I have no trust you can or will fix it.
2 ★: App won't sync with watch for activity info but the watch does receive texts from my phone. Totally defeats the purpose of having the app.
1 ★: I have been having problems with this app since installing it. The biggest problem right now is I can't log in. I get a message that tells me to "Enable self starting & background protection rights." When I attempt to enable them it does not redirect. When I close the message & attempt to log in again I get a different message "Token expired." I have uninstalled the app & reinstalled it several times being sure to allow all permissions. I used the app for 2 days before this problem started.
3 ★: It's a good watch for the price. I like that this watch has magnetic charging capabilities. Some really Big issues with the app is 1. It needs permission to have access to your contacts, you can even make calls from this watch 2. You are not allowed to set your correct Birth year. Will Only allow for 2010-2021. 3. It has unrealistic goals set in place for your running goals and so on. Now if the app in tends thses unrealistic goals to be accumulated over time it should be stated that way.
1 ★: The app refuses to even connect to the watch on my new phone, works fine on the phone that is 6 years old and non working, and the watch itself is so off the only use I have for it is to throw it away. Can't return it, can't use it, thanks for stealing my money 3+. I'll be sure to mention how awful you are every chance I get
1 ★: I just bought the watch and am already planning on returning it due to the fact that the year options when setting birthdays only go back to 2010. Really? This watch is for new borns through 11 year olds? I'm extremely disappointed. I took it the watch back to the store this weekend. A clerk told me she had the same problem and returned hers, too. Apparently the app has had these issues for 3 - 6 months.
1 ★: So the watch was cheap which is what I wanted and worked flawlesly on my I phone then I switched to a Motorola power and now it's unless it won't show notifications on the watch unless I have the app open and running on my phone at all times
4 ★: I'm happy with my Vibe3+ just need to get birth year correct on home app I called customer service and representative told me I have to wait for the app update when are we getting an update so we can correct this problem I am pretty sure I'm not the only one with this problem not being able to put in the correct year on our date of birth
