4 : Could use a little stream lining but is a really great tool and is helping me get back to the gym a lot easier since I can find stuff on here.

4 : Easy to follow exercises, also allows for different levels of fitness. Highly recommended 👏👏💯

5 : By far one of the best app I have used. Love that it doesn't have any subscription BS. This app is really easy to use and pretty easy to navigate to workouts. My only suggestion would be have a tab that say beginner, intermediate, and advance that way the workouts are easier to find. One more thing I would love to see it. Costom rest time. The app is great this things might just make it most downloaded and most liked app. To Creator, Great work. Love what you have done. Thank you for this app.

4 : After a couple days...the app is pretty great. Vast amount of workouts. Great instruction to make sure you are doing exercises properly. Only negative is that when you start a workout...you cannot rotate or go back to previous exercises within the workout. I enjoy doing circuits...this only allows you to input data on one exercise and then move to the next without being able to go back. Seems like it could be easy fix.

5 : Wish you could delete specific workouts or even workout routines. I made a mistake setting up a workout routine and didn't see any way to delete a specific workout. It's very possible there is a delete/modify workout feature, but it's definitely hard to navigate to. Edit-Thanks for the follow up! Keep up the good work. Should have mentioned earlier that the workout feature is something I have been looking for years and am happy you decided to get into app development!

5 : Never written a review for an app but this is perfect. I just picked up weight lifting and all the other apps that have compendium want you to sign up for a subscription or are a pain to use. I'm currently deployed overseas so being able to use this offline is an incredible benefit. Aplabs: your app is a breath of fresh air in the overcrowded fitness app market. Your work is directly responsible for my gains!

5 : This app is simple and useful. It has option to create workout logs, Has very good list of predifined workouts and has a set of exercises for each body part (home workouts also), You can create or add custom exercises and workouts. And the best part I like is, it has a very simple yet informative detail on how to perform every exercise. 10/10 would recommend if you are looking for an app to log your workouts and also refer about exercises and workouts.

5 : This app has connected three of my friends as we go through a fitness journey together. We all use it simultaneously and, so far, our favorite feature is being able to make and name our own workouts. We also love the visuals showing how to do the exercises. Very helpful for us as beginners.

5 : I have not had any issues. There are plenty of pre-loaded workouts with the capability to build your own from scratch. It tracks your weight used and has a spot for notes.. I use it every time I go to the gym.
